چکیده

The main aim of this research was to determine the physiological response submerged macrophyte Vallisneria natans (V. natans) black water with a foul odor. V. chosen as experimental plant species investigate morphological and ecophysiological adaptation methods in varying light depths black-odorous water. planted tap (D), two types (E F), under three distinct conditions (low light, medium high light). In high-light condition (E), biomass content declined from 1.78 g on 14th day 1.49 28th day, demonstrating that inhibited growth natans. Under stress water, chlorophyll increased greatly early period but reduced during latter period. However, 21st maximum 1.30 mg/g (E) 1.18 (F) observed. addition, malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) activity monitored reported results work demonstrated conclusively odorous exerts certain development Future should incorporate evaluation several vary process environmental produce field-relevant, dependable results.

Growth and physiological responses of submerged plant Vallisneria natans to water column ammonia nitrogen and sediment copper

Background. The decline of submerged plant populations due to high heavy metal (e.g., Cu) levels in sediments and ammonia nitrogen (ammonia-N) accumulation in the freshwater column has become a significant global problem. Previous studies have evaluated the effect of ammonia-N on submerged macrophytes, but few have focused on the influence of sediment Cu on submerged macrophytes and their combi...

Responses of the submerged macrophyte Vallisneria natans to elevated CO2 and temperature

Inorganic carbon and temperature are 2 important factors that regulate the growth of submerged macrophytes. However, experimental evidence regarding the eco-physiological changes that occur in submerged macrophytes in response to elevated CO2 and temperature is still limited. To investigate how the submerged macrophyte Vallisneria natans (Hydrocharitaceae), a common species in the waters of the...

assessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
